Refund Policy



1. General Policy

MedicZee offers digital educational content in the form of online courses, recorded video lectures, and learning materials.

Once access to a paid course is provided, refunds are generally not permitted, except in specific situations outlined below.


2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment
    • If the same amount is debited more than once for the same course.
  2. Technical failure
    • Payment completed, but course access not granted due to a verified technical issue.
  3. Incorrect course access
    • User is enrolled in the wrong course due to a platform or payment error.

All refund requests must be supported with valid proof (payment receipt/transaction ID).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • User has accessed or viewed course content
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to complete the course due to personal reasons
  • Poor internet connectivity or device-related issues
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content after access
  • Failure to read course description before enrollment

4. Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment
  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank

6. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Registered email ID
  • Course name
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.


7. Course Access on Refund Approval

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to the course will be immediately revoked
  • User will no longer be able to view course materials

8. MedicZee’s Rights

MedicZee reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
  • Take final decisions in refund-related matters
